TREKKING AND ARCHEOLOGY IN HATUN MACHAY

TREKKING 1:
Short hike in the first part of the Rock Forest "Hatun Machay"
Caminata corta en la primera parte / area del Bosque de Piedra "Hatun Machay"

TREKKING 2:
It’s a hike of 3-4 hours around the Rock Forest, where we will be able to observe several caverns like rocky shelters with cave paintings, drawings carved on rocks, and as well as the formation of the rock forest and the different landscapes around it.

Es una vuelta de 3–4 horas alrededor del Bosque de Roca, en donde podremos observar varias cuevas que se usaban como abrigos rocosos con pinturas rupestres, dibujos tallados sobre las rocas, y así como también se apreciaran las formaciones del bosque de rocas y los diferentes paisajes alrededor del bosque.

PUNTA CHONTA:
Began our walk towards the viewpoint of Chonta: Pre-incaica Fort, up to 4800 m.a.s.l. from where all the Huayhuash mountain range can be appreciated, part of the White Mountain range, and to the ocean too!

Caminata hacia el mirador de Chonta: Fortaleza pre-incaica, a 4,800 m.s.n.m. desde aquí se puede apreciar toda la cordillera Huayhuash, parte de la Cordillera Blanca, y hasta el océano!
